Question about cataracts
If I had a super early cataract that even the doctor couldn't see, could it appear to move with eye movement? If it was just a small circular area right now?

I didn't diagnose myself I am trying to figure out what it is. A grey circle that I can move by switching my gaze . But isn't as fast as floaters at all. It doesn't seem to float at all, just appears...

I'm not certain, but it sounds more like a leftover floater to me. I'm not very educated in cataracts, but I think it would be more central, cloudy and white, and you describe yours as being grey....

Cataracts don't move. They either cloud or blur your vision.
